Return Policy

At Siyawareva, every garment is crafted with intention — from the cut to the final stitch. We take great care to ensure each piece meets the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order (exception for international shipments).

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Custom or made-to-measure garments are final sale, as they are created specifically for you.

Process

Use the return label provided in your package. If it is NOT available, kindly download the one from the link provided and attach. Siyawareva, does not cover return shipment unless indicated. (Return slip download)

For custom orders, to initiate a return, please contact our team at siyawareva@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us to confirm availability at siyawareva@yahoo.com.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

Each garment is made with care, and we take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Every order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days. For made-to-order or custom pieces, please allow additional time for production. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer standard and express delivery within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your total cost, location and preferred shipment method.

Estimated Delivery

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or carrier delays.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In our endeavor to provide the best service in delivery we collaborate with other highly experinces companies. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at siyawareva@yahoo.com, and we’ll assist you with a resolution.

Sustainability Note

We aim to ship responsibly — using minimal, recyclable packaging to protect your garment while caring for the environment. While we play our role we encourage our clients to dispose of the unused packaging responsibly.
