At Siyawareva, every garment is crafted with intention — from the cut to the final stitch. We take great care to ensure each piece meets the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order (exception for international shipments).

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Custom or made-to-measure garments are final sale, as they are created specifically for you.

 

Process

To initiate a return, please contact our team at siyawareva@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization. Kindly note Siyawareva, does not cover return shipment unless indicated. 

For custom orders, these are final sale.

 

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us to confirm availability at siyawareva@yahoo.com

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
